Private Messages
Private Messages can be access in one of three ways:
- From the Home Page
- From the Alerts Menu
- From the User Control Panel
From the Home Page
Access your private messages from the Home Page by selecting the Private Messages Hyperlink in the upper right-hand corner of the home page:
From the Alerts Menu
Alerts listed in the Alerts hyperlink in the upper left-hand corner of the home page will list alerts for both replies within threads, and private messages. See the Alerts help item for more details.
From the Control Panel The User Control Panel includes a full message control panel. Access the User Control Panel from the upper left of the home page.
The Private Messages controls are found at the top of the User Control Panel. This should look very similar to a typical e-mail control panel.
From this control panel, you can view messages in your inbox, review items in your sent folder, view saved drafts, and delete messages. You can even create folders to better organize your private messages.
